What does a coach actually do?
A coach provides guidance, support, and accountability as you work toward personal growth and healing. Rather than focusing on the past, coaching focuses on where you are now and where you want to go next.
Together we identify your goals, explore what may be holding you back, and develop tools and strategies that help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Coaching is designed to help you better understand yourself, recognize your strengths, and create meaningful changes in your life. My role is to support and guide you through that process while helping you stay focused on the life you want to build.
While coaching can be deeply transformative, it is not a substitute for licensed medical or mental health treatment.
What can I expect during a coaching session?

Sessions are designed to be a safe and supportive space where you can speak openly about what youโre experiencing. Depending on the type of session, we may focus on coaching conversations, intuitive guidance, or Reiki energy work. Each session is personalized to your needs, and my goal is simply to support you in whatever way feels most helpful for your healing and growth.
