Everyone goes through something, whether it be a death or another traumatic event that changes the course of their life. You wake up one day and you are simply 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 the same again. 𝐆𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐟 𝐢𝐬 𝐮𝐬𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐬𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐚𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡, 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐢𝐭 𝐢𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 - 𝐢𝐭’𝐬 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐚𝐧 𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐝. However grief manifests itself for you, its tendency leaves us with a feeling of stagnation, a feeling of stuck, and maybe even in a place of darkness. It’s my job to help you get unstuck, rebuild your life, find its meaning and purpose again, and help you focus on the positive that’s ahead of you. I help you learn to live your life in a way that still honors your loss and trauma, but slowly helps you put one foot in front of the other and find a meaningful way of living again.
